Joseph M. Campisano is a founding member of the firm, having previously been a partner at the law firm of Schwartz, Tobia, Stanziale, Sedita & Campisano, P.A.
Mr. Campisano handles real estate and complex commercial closings, including complex title closings; ground and commercial leases; brown field development; mortgage and other secured transactions; land use issues; and environmental issues.
Mr. Campisano has extensive experience in negotiating and drafting complex commercial/real estate transactions for both public and private clients. This experience includes the representation of state and local governmental agencies, including work for local redevelopment authorities with respect to large-scale redevelopment projects and related transactions.
Mr. Campisano also has served as long time general corporate counsel to a successful multimillion dollar corporation engaged in national and international commerce. He also handles general corporate and business law matters including mergers, sales, acquisitions, dissolutions, business formations, shareholder agreements, operating agreements, and commercial transactions for a wide variety of clients with diverse business interests.
In addition to transactional experience, Mr. Campisano also has experience in litigating, arbitrating and mediating commercial, corporate and real estate matters.
