Frank R. Campisano is an experienced New Jersey elder law and employment law attorney. His passion for helping families and the elderly is real and reflected in his compassionate approach, and his above and beyond commitment to his clients. He assists families with estate planning, will and trust administration, and every area of elder law planning and preparation.

This includes issues such as marital shelter trusts, life insurance trusts, generation skipping trusts and Family Limited Partnerships. He also specializes in Medicaid asset protection and planning, VA Aid & Attendance benefits, guardianship’s, special needs trusts, and estate and trust planning, design and litigation.

Frank also has broad litigation experience in matters of employment discrimination, wrongful termination, union-management relations, non-compete agreements and ERISA liability litigation on behalf of employers and employees. Mr. Campisano provides counsel to employers and employees in discrimination matters, wage and hour issues, prevailing wage issues and employment termination agreements. He also assists employers in the formulation and implementation of employment policies.

Mr. Campisano is admitted to practice in New Jersey. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the United States Court of Appeals, 3rd. Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
