Frank R. Campisano is an experienced business and commercial litigation attorney. His practice focuses on labor and employment law and commercial litigation. He handles employment discrimination, wrongful termination, union-management relations, non-compete agreement litigation and ERISA liability litigation on behalf of employers and employees. Mr. Campisano provides counsel to employers and employees in discrimination matters, wage and hour issues, prevailing wage issues and employment termination agreements. He also assists employers in the formulation and implementation of employment policies.
Mr. Campisano also has extensive expertise in commercial debt collection practice, contract litigation and cost recovery litigation. He is also experienced in guardianship and estate litigation.
